IF EYES BLOSSOM _SE GLI OCCHI FIORISCONO is an open project developed in a first phase in the summer of 2022 in Latronico for the residency A cielo aperto in una stanza (curated by Campanella and Bianco Valente). Nicola, who was part of my host family, has a small house in the woods where his bees also live; he took me to learn about this mysterious world, and it is through them that I chose to create a work for his family. A small beehive in the shape of his house, in which bees can create a family and a new relational space in harmony with the ecological system and the cosmos.
